Delete Your Account & Data

The Fictate™ App is operated by RockHaven Partners LLC DBA FictionCourses.com. You can request deletion of your Fictate account and all associated data at any time. Here's how it works.

How to request deletion

Email support@fictioncourses.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your audio recordings
• Your transcripts
• Your custom dictionary, outlines, and settings

Timing

We complete account and data deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. Backups are purged on our normal rotation shortly after.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, basic transaction records for tax and accounting). These are kept no longer than necessary and are not used to re-identify you.
